Hey there! If we've never met I'm Dr. C -- a Physical Therapist who's been helping clients overcome pain and disability for over 25 years.
Cupping is absolutely one of my favorite tools, and I'm super excited about sharing the principles and techniques that have worked for me in my clinical practice.
Cupping is definitely a controversial little tool. Some believe it belongs in the domain of Eastern medicine. While others see it as another massage modality strongly rooted in myofascial science.
