Please read this policy carefully. By using PhysioSecrets, or otherwise indicating that you agree to this policy, you consent to and authorize our using your personal information as described in this policy. If you don’t consent to us using your information as described, please stop using PhysioSecrets and, if you are a user, delete your account. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
What information does PhysioSecrets collect, and how?

As said above, to prevent spam, we will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we won’t share it with a third party unless we have your authorization.
We may customize the advertisements and other offerings you see on PhysioSecrets based on information from our advertisers, or on your actions on PhysioSecrets. In the future, we may also offer ads that are personalized based on your actions off PhysioSecrets.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information with companies we do business with, including our advertisers (in the US or where available) as well as government agency users or other organizational users.
In limited circumstances (for example to highlight resources or topics), we may make snippets of Content available, without your name or other identifying information, to the public (meaning non-users and search engines).
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers doing work for us. These third parties are contractually required to use it only to provide their service to us, and contractually barred from using it for their own purposes. (For example, we use a company to help test and analyze the performance of our website and mobile applications.)
Legal and Safety Reasons. We may retain, preserve, or share your personal information if we have a good-faith belief that (a) we are legally required to do so in response to a legal request (e.g., a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or other request from law enforcement) or (b) that it is necessary or appropriate to do so to protect our rights, property, or safety; to enforce our User Agreement or any other agreements we have with you; or to prevent physical injury or other harm to any person or entity, including yourself and users of the general public. Our legal team reviews every request received from law enforcement, and we frequently seek modifications of requests that we believe are procedurally flawed or too broad.
Other Services and Websites. In using PhysioSecrets, you may come across links to websites and services operated by third parties (for example, if a user shares a link to a video on YouTube). These third parties have their own privacy policies, which will apply to your activity if you click on the link and access their website or service. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for such external sites’ privacy and security practices.
How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?
We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards. We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. For example, we may provide information to third-party partners about the reliability of your account to prevent fraud and abuse on and off of our Services. Information we receive about you, may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. We also may retain information from accounts disabled for violations of our terms for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other violations of our terms.
