Somatic Bodywork
& Trauma Release Training
6 Month Certification for Bodywork Professionals
Approved for 30 CE Credits (NCBTMB)
Has the time come to deepen your bodywork practice by learning how to facilitate and hold space for trauma release?
What is Somatic Bodywork?
Rooted in the sacred practice of Dearmouring, Somatic Bodywork is a hands-on therapeutic approach designed to uncover, release, and heal trauma and emotional wounds stored in the body. Whether the pain is personal, cultural, or ancestral, this work views the body as a portal to one’s innate capacity for healing — illuminating what has been hidden and allowing suppressed emotions and energetic blockages to be set free.
Somatic Bodywork weaves together intentional touch, breathwork, guided visualization, movement, vocal expression, and musical entrainment. Through this integrative process, clients are supported in releasing physical tension, energetic stagnation, limiting beliefs, and emotional pain.
